This academic research, entitled "Narrative Awareness of Social Phenomena in Contemporary Iraqi Novels 2003-2019 (A Study of Selected Examples)," is an attempt to present the awareness of Iraqi novels about the influence and consequences of events in contemporary Iraq on social phenomena. It aims to show how these events have influenced and emphasized certain social phenomena. What novelists express within the framework of artistic narrative is, of course, a reflection of their feelings about the social situation in the society they live in. The ability to understand social situations in art provides readers with insight into the changes that occur in society and the resulting common social phenomena
