Faktor Psikososial Pada Industri Kontruksi: SebuahTinjauan Pustaka

ABSTRACT The construction industry has shown phenomenal growth globally in the last few decades, but it is also an industry that is classified as high risk and very prone to accidents. One of the things that influences it is the psychosocial factor. This research aims to review the characteristics of psychosocial and safety factors that influence the construction industry. This study is a literature review on quantitative studies. We used the NCBI-PubMed and Science Direct databases. The criteria consisted of peer-reviewed selection, published in English between 2014 and September 2024, fully accessible (full text). Articles that only displayed abstracts and were not fully accessible were excluded from the review. Many factors explain the relationship between psychosocial factors in construction industry workers. Several factors such as stress, mental disorders, inflexible working hours, workplace violence and the lack of psychosocial risk prevention management are the ones that cause the high number of psychosocial disorders that occur in the construction industry environment. The work environment needs to provide psychosocial support such as well-being programs and stress management training to improve performance and reduce the negative impact of psychosocial factors on workers. Salah satu hal yang berpengaruh adalah faktor psikososial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau karakteristik faktor psikososial dan keselamatan yang berpengaruh di industri kontruksi. Penelitian ini merupakan literature review pada studi kuantitatif. Kami menggunakan database NCBI-PubMed dan Science Direct. Kriteria terdiri dari peer-reviewed selection, dipublikasikan dalam bahasa inggris antara tahun 2014 hingga September 2024, dapat diakses secara penuh (full text). Artikel yang hanya menampilkan abstrak saja dan tidak dapat diakses secara penuh dieksklusi dari review. Banyak faktor yang menjelaskan hubungan faktor psikososial pada pekerja industry konstruksi. Beberapa faktor seperti stress, gangguan mental, jam kerja yang tidak fleksibel, kekerasan tempat kerja dan masih kurangnya manajemen pencegahan risiko psikososial merupakan yang yang menyebabkan masih tingginya angka gangguan psikososial yang terjadi pada lingkungan industry konstruksi. Lingkungan kerja perlu menyediakan dukungan psikososial seperti program kesejahteraan dan pelatihan manajemen stress untuk meningkatkan kinerja serta mengurangi dampak negatif dari faktor psikososial pada pekerja.
