TRANSFORMATION OF CULTURAL VALUES IN THE CONTEXT OF A NEW TYPE OF WAR
The article is devoted to the study of cultural values, for which transformation is a natural process of change and development, in the conditions of wars of a new generation. The definitions of the main categories are given, including cultural values, the transformation of cultural values, as well as a new type of war. The study examines some theories and approaches that reveal the relationship between war and the process of transformation of cultural values. At the same time, non-traditional wars, which have a hybrid (mixed) character, are a special type of war as a socio-political phenomenon that seek not only physical suppression or capture, but also spiritual enslavement. In new wars, the enemy does not seek to surpass the opposite side in strength of mind or their own moral principles. On the contrary, the main goal is to contribute to the cultural degradation of the opponent, his primitivization and rejection of values in favor of needs. The article draws attention to the fact that the rejection of unique cultural values is tantamount to the loss of sovereignty and subjectivity, that is, independence and independence. The project of global cultural fusion is now becoming more and more similar to the scenario of its cultural degeneration, rather than enrichment. That is why the desire to defend their cultural values and prevent their transformation to the detriment of national security should continue to be a priority for nation-States. The article notes that the crisis of Western culture is becoming a key factor in favor of the validity of the fact that the transformation of cultural values of non-Western societies according to the Western model is a threat to the national security of a sovereign state. Based on this, it is concluded that such a policy of Western countries to impose their own values on the rest of the world is equivalent to an act of military invasion, which objectively must be resisted.
