Savoirs féminins et développement territorial. Quelles stratégies de valorisation du patrimoine socioéconomique des Nana Benz dans les politiques publiques togolaises ? Women’s knowledge and territorial development: what strategies for enhancing the

Abstract For a long time, the famous traders known as Nana Benz were pillars of the Togolese economy, leaving their mark on the second half of the 20th century. Thanks to their entrepreneurial daring and mastery of regional networks, they dominated national commerce and influenced regional trade. However, their cultural and economic heritage now seems neglected. By retracing their journey, this article reveals the need to preserve this part of collective memory, key to inclusive territorial development. Above all, it proposes ways to promote - through public-private-community partnerships - women's entrepreneurship, the key to a prosperous future for Togolese women empowerment. Keywords: Nana-Benz, women's entrepreneurship, intangible cultural heritage, public policy, local economic development.
