Dynamic Response Analysis of Passenger–Freight Common Train and Bridge Based on Rigid–Flexible Coupling Method
A single dedicated passenger or freight line can no longer meet the development needs of the transport market, especially in coastal cities, where cross-river or cross-sea bridges are common, and railway transport is not only a means of commuting between major cities, but also an important means of transporting goods to ports along the way. Therefore, the study in this paper proposes a method of joint simulation of rigid–flexible coupling of passenger and freight trains and large-span steel truss girder flexible arch bridges. First, the finite element model of the bridge flexible body is established by ANSYS. The dynamic model of passenger and freight trains are established by SIMPACK, respectively. Then the model of the bridge flexible body is imported into SIMPACK through the interface of FlexModal module. The dummy is used as the virtual rigid body, and then the wheel–rail force is transferred from the virtual body to the flexible body bridge to achieve the rigid–flexible coupling joint simulation. Taking the world’s largest multi-span continuous steel truss girder flexible arch bridge as an example, the dynamic response of the bridge and the dynamic response of the train under the condition of single-line and double-line trains are calculated and analyzed, respectively. The results show that under single-line and double-line train operation, the bridge power response is good; the lateral angle of the bridge caused by passenger and freight train operation is smaller than that of single-line operation, which indicates that the train operation effectively suppresses the effect of bridge off-loading; under the single-line operation of C80 freight trains, the recommended speed is not more than 160[Formula: see text]km/h; under the passenger and freight train operation, the speed increase of the freight train doesn’t affect the power response of the passenger train, and the power response of the passenger train is only related to the speed of the passenger train itself.
