Retrospective Review of Surgical Outcomes in Temporomandibular Joint Arthroscopy for Internal Derangement
TMJ arthroscopy offers significant benefits in terms of pain, jaw function, and range of motion and is a safe and effective surgical treatment for internal derangement. These results provide credence to the usefulness of arthroscopy as a treatment for intractable temporomandibular joint disorders. To investigate long-term results and improve treatment regimens, more investigation is necessary.
