The legislative framework and regulatory legal regulation of the maintenance of medical records in the provision of dental care
The article presents the results of an analysis of the legislative framework and regulatory legal framework for the requirements for maintaining medical records in dental medical organizations, as well as information obtained in the process of studying records in medical records of a dental patient in dental medical organizations of state, municipal and private health systems.
