Experimental research on dual wave shock of shipborne electronic cabinet

Abstract This paper is based on the measured data of the dual wave shock test of an electronic cabinet. Firstly, the dual wave shock test is introduced in detail, the measured data of each key point are analyzed, and the dynamic characteristics of the shock tester, fixture and equipment are studied. Then, the shock spectrum is transformed into the dual wave shock load curve of time history by empirical formula as the simulation input condition, and the modal analysis and impact response analysis of the fixture and the tested equipment are carried out by finite element analysis software. Finally, the structural design of the equipment is optimized several times to obtain the structural design that meets the dual wave shock test condition. This paper has a high reference value for the research ideas of similar equipment against dual wave shock.
