Analysis and compensation of deformation impact on vehicle body platform
Abstract To study the law of the impact of vibration impact on the vehicle body platform, a finite element analysis model of the system was established. Combined with the test and numerical simulation calculation, the impact of vibration impact was analyzed. It was pointed out that the elevation angle of tracking measurement was negatively and positively correlated with the platform shape variable of the vehicle body, the pointing of the Actuator was positively correlated with the shape of the vehicle body, and the elements of the Actuator were nonlinear to the deformation of the vehicle body. The error of actuator parameters is larger than that of vehicle shape variables. Based on obtaining the basic law of vehicle body deformation, the compensation method is studied, and a multi-dimensional spatial interpolation method is proposed to carry out a series of compensations for vehicle body deformation data, effectively reducing the impact of vibration. The simulation results show that the proposed method can significantly improve the system’s accuracy and has significant engineering application value.
