Separation surgery in the treatment of spinal metastases
The article presents an analysis of modern literature data on the possibilities of spinal surgery in metastatic lesions. Currently, oncosurgery does not have unified standardized approaches to determining the volume and effectiveness of surgical treatment of patients with metastatic spinal lesion. The introduction of modern treatment methods and algorithms can improve the results of treatment of patients with metastases due to an individualized choice of tactics and scope of surgical treatment.
