A note on Blaise sequences and their applications

In this study, we define variations, modifications, and extensions of Blaise sequences, with their properties analogous to their classical generalizations of the well-known characteristics of the Fibonacci numbers and their myriad relationships. In particular, matrix links with Jacobsthal–Perrin and Jacobsthal–Padovan sequences are developed, as well as an application to hyperbolic quaternions.

Abstract

In this study, we define variations, modifications, and extensions of Blaise sequences, with their properties analogous to their classical generalizations of the well-known characteristics of the Fibonacci numbers and their myriad relationships. In particular, matrix links with Jacobsthal–Perrin and Jacobsthal–Padovan sequences are developed, as well as an application to hyperbolic quaternions.
