Rare coronary anomaly in association with tetralogy of Fallot and absent pulmonary valve
Coronary artery anomalies occurring either in isolation or association with other structural heart defects can result in fatal outcomes if not recognized and addressed in a timely fashion.1 Herein, we present a hitherto undescribed mechanism of coronary ischemia in a child following open heart surgery. Institutional review board approval was not required and consent was waived.
