Normative-Legal Regulation of Types and Activities of Propaganda Subjects in Relation to Youth in the Russian Federation: Sociological Analysis
The article delves into the sociological analysis of the normative-legal regulation concerning the types and ac-tivities of various subjects of propaganda in the Russian Federation. In the conditions of formation of electronic-digital civilization, global geopolitical redistribution of the world, as well as active information wars and battles, the relevance of this topic, from the point of view of ensuring the national security of the Russian Federation and countering the destructive activities of various subjects of propaganda, primarily in relation to the Russian youth, is beyond doubt. In the article, the author gradually moves from the concept of propaganda, to the description of various typologies of propaganda available in sociology, and then to the disclosure of the essence of the con-cepts of “constructive propaganda” and “destructive propaganda”. Then the author, systematizing the develop-ments in modern sociology on this issue, derives his own classification of subjects of constructive and destruc-tive propaganda, which is the novelty of this topic, especially in combination with the analysis of how the activi-ties of propaganda subjects are regulated in modern Russian legislation.
