Drone brood enzyme lysate as a food additive

Humans have been using fermentation for cooking and drink and medicine preparation since ancient times. Nowadays, with the help of natural enzyme agents, it has become possible to carry out fermentation in order to obtain products with specified properties. Drone brood enzyme lysate is such a product; its favorable physicochemical and organoleptic properties create conditions for its wide use in functional nutrition.
