Issue of the quality of imported goods during parallel imports

An analysis of the impact of the legalization of parallel imports on the quality of imported products is carried out, and the key risks when importing goods without the consent of the copyright holder are described. Based on the case of the Russian Federation, the use of parallel imports in relation to individual goods under conditions of external sanctions pressure is considered.
