AI-Driven MPPT: A Paradigm Shift in Solar PV Systems for Achieving maximum Efficiency

This paper accounts for study and comparison about AI-based MPPT algorithm for PV systems. These algorithms choose maximum power point for each cycle by analyzing voltage-current characteristics. They employ a dynamic adaptive voltage range for optimal operation and utilize AI based algorithms. Conventional MPPT algorithms struggle to track maximum power points and thereby resulting in low efficiency. A powerful and responsive MPPT system is necessary to account for time-variant and unpredictable irradiance profiles and considering other environmental conditions as well and that's what we will get to know in the comparison and study through this study. The Results of decision tree algorithm found satisfactory in comparison of other algorithms.
