Design Consideration of Table-top Model of an AI-Enabled Aquaponics System
Aquaponics is the fusion of hydro-farming with aquaculture, whereby vegetation produced in a soilless culture, typically in a regulated environment, uses the nutrients supplied by growing fish. Fish produce nearly all the nutrients needed for plant development. These systems may offer greater sustain-ability, lower resource use, and fewer environmental effects than traditional aquaculture. Most participants include education professionals, commercial operators, non-profit societies managing aquaponic systems as a hobby, and consultants selling products, materials, and services. Various operational conditions can influence these systems, such as the selection of species, restricted funding, and skewed market conditions. Owing to these problems, the farming sector is shifting toward automation or smart, which uses artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT) to streamline processes and boost output. AI and IoT technology incorporate several cutting-edge methods and devices, such as big data, cloud computing, networking, sensor technology, and mobile applications. To keep this system’s popularity in mind, the study aims to design a tabletop model of an AI-enabled aquaponic system. This systematic approach uses scientific methodologies to produce study findings that can be disputed, improved, and repeated. This technique is anticipated to speed up the creation of useful systems, scientific knowledge, and smart commercial implementations. This research is essential for businesses as professionals planning to invest in new initiatives must consider manufacturing costs, product worth, and investment return.
