IoT Based Smart Refrigerator for Food Management System
Integrated grocery management system with smart cabinet and refrigerator based on the Internet of Things (IoT). The majority of people frequently forget about the food that has been kept in their refrigerators and cabinets. Food waste is increased when food is thrown out after a particular period of time. Our suggested solution addresses these challenges. Using an internet connection, the device enables users to view the contents of the cabinet and refrigerator. You can drastically reduce food wastage by keeping an eye on what's left in the pantry and refrigerator. Furthermore, technology provides the user with the recipe for a meal plan that accounts for the vegetables in the cupboard and refrigerator as well as alerts them when the food items are running low. Traditional sensors like weight and gas sensors have been replaced by cameras in smart refrigerator. As a result, the system can produce outputs that are more accurate and information-rich while avoiding the costly wiring that was necessary for earlier systems. For many businesses, it is difficult to track product sales at individual storefronts. They will therefore have to hire workers in order to collect this data. They could quickly learn product information with the help of the offered solution, which would enable them to plan their sales efforts effectively.
