The influence of delirium knowledge, critical thinking disposition, and compassion competence on delirium nursing performance in general hospital clinical nurses: A cross-sectional descriptive study
The factors influencing the performance of delirium care among general-hospital nurses were age and compassion competence. Policy support and self-coaching programs are necessary to continuously develop nurses' compassion competence.
