ULTRASONIC STRUCTURAL CHANGES OF THE PLACENTA IN WOMEN AGAINST INFECTIOUS FACTORS OF THE FEMALE GENITAL ORGANS. PREVENTION OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRIMARY PLACENTAR DYSFUNCTION
The article presents the results of the effectiveness of treatment of primary placental dysfunction in women against the background of inflammatory diseases of the female genital organs. It has been established that pregnant women with inflammatory diseases of the female genital organs are at high risk for perinatal and postpartum complications. To evaluate the effectiveness of PD prevention, the main group of women was divided into 2 subgroups: 1st subgroup - IA women who received PD prevention and specific treatment of inflammatory diseases of the female genital organs in the first trimester of pregnancy; Subgroup 2 - IB women who received prevention of PD and specific treatment of inflammatory diseases of the female genital organs in the second trimester of pregnancy). In pregnant women who began to receive treatment in the II trimester of pregnancy, diagnostic markers of feto-placental complex function disorders were observed much more often compared to women who received treatment for inflammatory diseases of the female genital organs and prevention of primary placental dysfunction in the I trimester of pregnancy. Choosing the right antibacterial drug that does not have a teratogenic effect on the fetus and using it in the first trimester of pregnancy will significantly reduce the signs of pregnancy termination and signs of intrauterine infection, disorders of the intrauterine state of the fetus, premature birth and postpartum complications.
