Improving business processes in a company in the context of implementing a digital economy

The article focuses on the importance of optimizing business processes in the context of digitalization and economic transformation. During the work, an analysis of current theoretical approaches and practical results related to the implementation of business process management systems was carried out. The main areas of improving processes using information technologies are highlighted, including international examples and approaches to digitalization. Possible problems that companies may face when implementing digital technologies are also discussed, and solutions to overcome them are proposed.
