A STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TYPE A PERSONALITY, EMPLOYMENT STRESS, AND MENTAL HEALTH OF RESIDENT PHYSICIANS IN TERTIARY HOSPITALS IN NANCHONG, CHINA.
This study did not confirm a significant relationship between Type A personality, employment stress, and mental health among resident physicians in tertiary hospitals in Nanchong. This may be due to the small sample size and insufficient assessment methods. Future research should consider increasing the sample size and designing more comprehensive and detailed assessment systems to further explore the factors influencing the mental health of resident physicians.
