ON THE ISSUE OF THE CONCEPT OF PROVIDING LAND FOR CONSTRUCTION

Goal. To analyzeland legal relationsrelatedto the possibility of providing alandplot for varioustypes of construction. Methods. The article uses the following methods of scientific cognition - analysis, synthesis. In addition, the system method, cybernetic and synergetic approaches in the sphere ofstudying the essence of the studied phenomenon were applied. Results. Based on the review of theoretical provisions it was noted that the provision of landplots for construction is an institute of land legislation. The main purpose of granting land plotsfor construction as an institute of land legislation is expressed in the most acceptable for allparticipants of these relations distribution and redistribution of the land fund for construction, which ultimately leads to an improvement in the quality of life of citizens. The importance of theachievements of the Soviet legal system of land relations is noted. Scientific novelty. The author on the basis of the analysis of the variety of norms of legalregulation singled out the concept of provision of land plots for construction as an independent legal institute of land law.
