Information-adaptive platforms for integrated project implementation as a driver of harmonizing economic interests of construction enterprise stakeholders

The article explores information-adaptive platforms for integrated project implementation as a driver for harmonizing the economic interests of construction enterprise stakeholders. It examines the evolution of concepts in integrated project management and Building Information Modeling (BIM), which serve as the foundation for modern digital tools aimed at optimizing processes and interactions among project participants. Special attention is paid to analyzing the role of information-adaptive platforms in enhancing transparency, ensuring efficient coordination of actions, and aligning the interests of stakeholders, such as clients, investors, contractors, suppliers, and communities. The article emphasizes the importance of harmonizing economic, social, and environmental interests through the use of information technologies. The key advantages of platforms are highlighted, including support for collaborative decision-making, cost reduction, risk minimization, and adaptability to changes in the external environment. Challenges in implementation, such as the need for skilled personnel, high initial costs, and reliance on data quality, are also analyzed. The study investigates the potential of BIM, digital twins, and IoT as essential elements of information-adaptive platforms that enable integration across all stages of a project's lifecycle. A systematic approach to interest harmonization is proposed, considering the strategic, operational, and innovative aspects of enterprise activities. The findings aim to enhance the management of construction projects through the use of information-adaptive platforms, ensuring their long-term effectiveness, sustainable development, and competitiveness for construction enterprise stakeholders.
