Формування професійно-комунікативної компетентності й культури професійної діяльності майбутніх фахівців з економіки та управління в освітньому середовищі університету

The article aims to define and characterise the paradigmatic and substantive constructs involved in the process of forming professional and communicative competence, as well as the culture of professional activity, in future specialists in economics and management. This is presented as an extrapolation of the results of modernising the educational environment in higher education institutions, based on the analysis of psychological and pedagogical theories and contemporary educational practices. These constructs include the paradigmatic construct of the content of their professional training. The peculiarity of this construct lies in the fact that the processes of internationalisation within the educational environment of a higher education institution involve transforming the traditional mono-paradigm approach to professional training into a modern multi-paradigm model. The integration construct associates the internationalisation of domestic higher education increasingly with enhancing its quality and views it as an effective tool for integrating domestic higher education institutions into the European Higher Education Area. Finally, the innovative construct defines the content of innovative educational activities within the context of European integration processes as “open education”. The pedagogical conditions for the effective formation of the examined phenomenon are characterised by the following: fostering positive motivation and individual needs for acquiring systematic scientific and professional knowledge, as well as mastering research skills; the introduction of active forms, methods, and tools of professional training within the university’s educational environment during the formation of the investigated phenomenon; and the effective acquisition of practical experience in applying professional knowledge in interactions within the systems of “person-to-person” and “person-to-society-to-production,” facilitated by the developed professional and communicative competence and culture of professional activity in future specialists in economics and management.
