Construction of a cupola information profile for further modeling for the purpose of controlling melting processes

The object of research: technological systems of mono- and duplex melting processes using cupolas Investigated problem: existing solutions for melting using cupolas lack systematicity in determining rational decisions for melting, which should be based on a system of general mathematical models. The main scientific results: based on the systematization of retrospective data on the parameters of melting by mono- and duplex processes using cupolas, the variables of the melting process were determined, which are distributed over three levels: the level of control parameters, the level of internal parameters, the level of parameters reflecting quality indicators, and the relationships between them. The area of practical use of the results of the study: iron melting in foundries of machine-building enterprises. Innovative technological product: information profile of a cupola, reflecting the variables of the melting process and the relationships between all parameters at three levels for further modeling in order to control the melting processes. The scope of the innovative technological product: foundry production
