IMPLEMENTATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL AND ECONOMIC PARAMETERS IN INFORMATION MODELING TECHNOLOGY: INTERNATIONAL AND UKRAINIAN EXPERIENCE

Abstract. This article examines the integration of environmental and economic parameters in information modeling technology, focusing on building information modeling (BIM), and also examines international and Ukrainian experience. The relevance of this integration is emphasized by the global transition to sustainable development, the need for economic efficiency and the growing regulatory requirements in the construction industry. Internationally, countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany have set the standard by successfully implementing these parameters in BIM, resulting in increased project sustainability, reduced environmental impact, and life cycle cost optimization. These practices have demonstrated significant improvements in energy efficiency, waste reduction and cost management, illustrating the tangible benefits of this approach. In Ukraine, the implementation of BIM with integrated environmental and economic parameters is progressing, which is due to the country's desire to harmonize the standards of the European Union and the goals of sustainable development. Ukrainian projects that have implemented these practices are showing promising results in terms of better resource management, environmental compliance, and improved economic performance. The Ukrainian experience, while still developing, highlights the potential for wider adoption and adaptation of these practices in the national construction industry. The integration of these parameters into BIM technology is facilitated by the continuous advancement of software and tools, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things (IoT). These technologies extend the capabilities of BIM to manage complex data, support real-time decision-making, and improve overall project management. The article emphasizes the importance of this integration to achieve regulatory compliance, promote sustainability, and improve the economic efficiency of construction projects. The implementation of environmental and economic parameters in BIM is important for solving modern challenges in the construction sector. Both international and Ukrainian experience provide valuable information about the advantages and best practices of this integration. As the global focus on sustainability and economic efficiency increases, the adoption of BIM with these integrated parameters will become increasingly critical in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, fostering innovation and promoting sustainability and economic sustainability. Such a comprehensive approach is necessary for the construction industry to effectively meet current and future requirements.
