OptiFarm: An ANT Colony-Optimized Deep Learning System for Precision Crop Recommendations
Machine learning-powered crop recommendation systems have transformed agriculture by offering data-driven insights into the best crops to farm. Since the SVM algorithm performs admirably in forecasting appropriate crop suggestions given soil quality, weather, and other previous crop data, it has virtually been employed with the current system up to this point. However, because long-term dependencies emerge in data, the LSTM algorithm is significantly more effective and precise at forecasting general trends. In order to improve crop suggestions, LSTM relies on leveraging temporal relationships, particularly inside sequences where trends and patterns are preserved in chronological data. Additionally, by evaluating the dataset to forecast areas with the highest prospective production, Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) helps determine the most lucrative farming places. The total efficacy of crop recommendation systems is greatly increased by the suggested mix of cutting-edge machine learning approaches, allowing farmers to optimize output and profitability.
