Smart Muscle Guardian: A Wearable Device for Real-Time Monitoring of Muscle Fatigue
In this paper, a wearable gadget is developed that can assess muscle tiredness in real-time by using an Electromyography (EMG) sensor. It is designed to detect muscle fatigue levels accurately, ensuring safety by alerting users to potential risks during intense physical activities. The Arduino UNO Microcontroller board is used to collect data from the muscle using an EMG sensor and to sound an alarm when muscle activity surpasses a pre-set threshold. The project aims to provide a practical solution for early intervention in emergencies and ongoing monitoring of muscle functionality. An implementation of the proposed device has potential application in improving individual health and reducing the risk of injuries.
