FINANCIAL PROVISION FOR THE RECOVERY AND DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINE'S AGRICULTURAL SECTOR

The relevance of the article lies in the need to develop a systemic approach to the financial provision for the recovery and development of Ukraine’s agro-industrial complex (AIC) in the context of post-war reconstruction. Remaining a priority sector of Ukraine's economy, the AIC also carries an inclusive character, the preservation of which under war conditions is a significant challenge. The diversification of AIC financing sources necessitates the search for new regulatory and incentive mechanisms to attract financial resources. The importance of mobilizing both domestic and external financial resources to overcome challenges caused by the war and economic instability is substantiated.
