EVALUATION OF DIGITIZATION AND DIGITALIZATION METHODS FOR BUSINESS PROCESSES IN THE IT SECTOR OF UKRAINE

The article provides a comparative evaluation of digitization and digitalization methods for business processes in Ukrainian IT companies. An adaptive approach to assessing the effectiveness of these methods is proposed, considering key parameters such as productivity, flexibility, and innovation. The results enable the identification of optimal digital transformation strategies to enhance the competitiveness of companies in the face of modern technological challenges.
