Electrically Generated Exciton Polaritons with Spin On‐Demand (Adv. Mater. 8/2025)
Electrical Injection Polaritons Generation and manipulation of exciton-polaritons with controllable spin is inherently challenging due to polaritons charge neutrality and device complexity. The electrical generation and tunability of spin-polarized exciton-polaritons in a perovskite light-emitting metatransistor represents an important step toward the development of compact spintronic devices and electrically pumped inversionless spin-lasers, with deep impact in spintronic and quantum applications.
