Exploring Nation Branding in the Gulf Cooperation Council
Abstract This study extends the geographical scope and highlights specific regional insights that can enhance the broader understanding of nation branding practices in diverse socio-economic contexts. An analysis of more than 100 articles enhances the understanding of nation branding by categorizing the diverse narratives and critiques into four distinct emerging themes related to the Gulf Cooperation Council ( GCC ): economic transformations, cultural heritage, global image, and future visions.
