SOMATIC AND PSYCHOSOMATIC PATHOLOGY INTERFERENCE IN MEDICAL REHABILITATION
The need for knowledge of the field in the context of MR, the underdiagnosis of mixed pathology situations, the slow evolution, the fear of disease and the slide towards extreme virtual situations are the reasons to understand much better pathological context and provide customized solutions with case application. In the history of medical studies, the psychosomatic conception has presented few but extremely fast dynamic in the last two centuries, through the acquisition of applied knowledge. A lot of medical studies try to define PS situations but there are numerous questions related to the causality of some sufferings. It remains a situation that still faces many clinical cases. These situations require the presentation in the medical agora, and through the multitude of clinical data, the repeatability and the connection with the somatic, both theoretical and practical knowledge and recognition for the definition of diagnostic and the establishment of an adapted therapeutic conduct. In medical rehabilitation, somatic-psychological interference occurs extremely frequently and has a major impact in the evolution of recovery aspects. From clinical and practical point of view it is still difficult to take into account the psycho-behavioral level both in the clinical-functional analysis and the decision of the diagnosis. The justification of the objectives and the therapeutic cores and the confusions related to the stage results in the recovery and evolution of the targets related to QoL, defined by five criteria, three of them being related to the psycho-behavioral level.
