The impact of multi-cultural environment on employee performance at multinational companies in Ho Chi Minh City

This research aims to analyze the impact of a multicultural environment on employee performance in multinational companies (MNCs) in Ho Chi Minh City. The author then uses SPSS and AMOS software for quantitative data analysis through the following steps: descriptive statistics, Cronbach's Alpha analysis, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and structural equation modeling (SEM). The research model on the impact of the work environment on employee performance is tested through these analyses.
