Welcome Note to the Participants of the 58th Annual Conference of Physiology and Pathology of Reproduction and 50th Joint Conference of Veterinary and Human Reproductive Medicine (February 26–28, 2025, Leipzig)

It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the "Februartagung/February Conference" 2025 at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Leipzig.The Clinic for Ruminants and Swine will host this year's meeting.Welcoming national and international scientists is only possible with cooperative support from our colleagues in Giessen and Hannover.In tradition to previous annual conferences, we were able to select presentations from high-quality abstract contributions and invite leaders of the field as keynote speakers.The program will cover traditional conference topics such as translational research, molecular reproduction, andrology and assisted reproduction.Additionally, another main focus of the selected presentations will be clinical research.In order to strengthen the clinical relevance of the conference, we also decided to offer pre-conference workshops.With this mixture of basic and applied reproductive science, we hope to stimulate lively discussions.We are looking forward to welcoming you to Leipzig, the smallest but most vibrant veterinary faculty in Germany.Come to explore the biggest city in Saxony with its rich history, lively cultural scene and interesting architecture.
