TSO experience with converter driven stability management in outage planning

In the recent years the Finnish power system has experienced a rapid increase of converter connected production, especially wind power. Large part of the wind power plants is located on the western coast of Finland, creating a converter dominated area where special attention to the converter driven stability phenomena is required.
