Technology Transfer as the Development of Innovative Entrepreneurship
The development of the world economy at the current stage is a complex process of competition between companies and states, which are directly involved in the struggle to gain a leading position in the global market. For states, it is political influence, for companies - economic indicators. Overall, it allows the actors to gain significant weight - both political and economic - in the international exchange system, which directly provides the opportunity to influence the world community. The main condition of global competition in the 21st century is the technological factor. The innovation process is a key indicator of the economic growth and prosperity of companies and states. The problem of intensive development, implementation, and dissemination of the latest technologies, due to the inefficient use of the scientific, technical, and personnel potential of existing mechanisms, is particularly relevant for entrepreneurs in countries with transition economies, including Georgian companies.
