FEATURES OF THE SYSTEM OF SOCIAL PROTECTION AND SOCIAL SECURITY OF MILITARY SERVANTS OF THE ARMED FORCES OF UKRAINE

The article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the system of social and legal protection of military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The main regulatory legal acts regulating the social protection of military personnel are considered. The features of social protection in modern conditions in Ukraine are outlined. The theoretical aspects of the legal basis of social security are studied, the analysis of existing systems in other countries is carried out, in particular, using the example of the US Army. The main problems of social protection of combatants are identified, the goal of reforming the social protection of military personnel is determined, and practice-oriented recommendations for improving the social protection system are proposed.
