Effects of College Activity Adaptation and Recovery Resilience on Emotional Intelligence among Beauty Majors
This study examines the influence of activity adaptability and resilience on emotional intelligence among college students majoring in beauty. Results: The higher the adaptability to university life, the stronger the individual's psychological stability and self-control, which have a positive effect on their emotional state. It was found that people with high adaptability to university life adjust well to society and have a high degree of self-control to overcome difficulties, as well as emotional management abilities. On the other hand, it was also found that beauty majors with high resilience tend to neglect career preparation and have a higher sense of psychological stability. We hope that this study will lead to active discussions on the emotional intelligence, college student activity adaptability, and resilience in recovery among beauty majors.
