The substance ‘EFETOV-2’ confirmed as a sex attractant for the males of Jordanita (Tremewania) splendens (Staudinger, 1887) (Lepidoptera: Zygaenidae) in Uzbekistan
The males of Jordanita (Tremewania) splendens (Staudinger, 1887) (Zygaenidae: Procridinae) were attracted to the lure with EFETOV-2 in Uzbekistan in 2023. The attraction of Procridinae moths from the subgenus Tremewania Efetov & Tarmann, 1999, of the genus Jordanita Verity, 1946, to the esters of butan-2-ol and different unsaturated fatty acids is discussed.
