Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of problematic issues of organizational change management in the enterprise. Based on the essence of the process approach, the author of the article presents the process of organizational change management as a certain sequence of stages, which are considered through the prism of the main management functions. According to the results of the conducted research, it is substantiated that: the implementation of organizational changes should be an important component of the strategic management of the organization; this process should be holistic and systemic in nature, which combines personnel management practices with the implementation of technologies and change management strategies, meeting the principles of flexibility, adaptability and is implemented through the main management functions; digitalization and artificial intelligence fundamentally transform organizational structures and processes, causing significant changes in the development of business processes and this factor must be taken into account when implementing changes; intensive training for employees, leadership development, training programs and employee support systems can help organizations overcome resistance to change; the integration of individual changes of employees into organizational changes, etc. is important. The article proposes to develop the concept of change management in an enterprise through the formation of an integrative approach, the essence of which is to implement various conceptual approaches into the change management model, such as design thinking, agile management, and organizational ambidexterity. Design thinking is a concept of innovative ideas, products, experiences, and services to improve the lives of end users, regardless of whether they are customers, stakeholders, or employees. The philosophy of design thinking in an organization involves everyone in implementing changes in the organization and accelerates digitalization processes. Ambidexterity is a management and organizational model that consolidates the simultaneous increase in the efficiency and innovation potential of the company, provides a balance between effective business and creative innovation. An agile approach creates new thinking in a complex and uncertain world. The basis of agile change management is: flexibility, adaptability, customer orientation, innovation, focus on productivity, creativity, the formation of entrepreneurial thinking and the upbringing of culture throughout the organization’s activities. Thanks to this combination, the concept of change management will take on the character of a flexible, people-centered and value-oriented management and organizational model of implementing changes.
