Developing an information system for a public catering enterprise taking into account the implementation of an incentive system for delivery service personnel

The article describes the design process and the algorithm of the information system for optimizing the activities of a public catering enterprise, as well as the results of its application for calculating the efficiency of investments and choosing a development strategy for the enterprise. The specifics of the proposed innovative and conservative strategies is described. A model for calculating the economic indicators for both strategies is developed. Special attention is paid to the incentive system for delivery service personnel within the framework of the innovative strategy. The results allow us choose the innovative development strategy.
