Direito como instrumento de guerra

In this article, we used the discursive notions of the Bakhtin Circle translinguistic theory mobilized for the analysis of lawfare, as ideological sign, based on utterances belonging to legal texts published between 1975 and 2010. In this dialogical approach to the word, we aimed at a deep understanding of lawfare as sign and its potential constitutive ideological contradictions.

Abstract

In this article, we used the discursive notions of the Bakhtin Circle translinguistic theory mobilized for the analysis of lawfare, as ideological sign, based on utterances belonging to legal texts published between 1975 and 2010. In this dialogical approach to the word, we aimed at a deep understanding of lawfare as sign and its potential constitutive ideological contradictions.
