Preface

Abstract The 6th Habitechno International Conference Sustainable Human Settlements: Create Inclusive, Safe, and Resilient Habitat ‘SUSTAINABLE HUMAN SETTLEMENT: CREATE INCLUSIVE, SAFE, AND RESILIENT HABITAT’ Symbolize our collective commitment to tackling one of the most pressing challenges of our time - sustainable urban development to comprehensive development. In an age characterized by unparalleled urbanization, with two-thirds of the global public anticipated to live in metropolitan regions, the demand for innovative solutions to establish sustainable human settlements is increasingly urgent. Accelerated urban expansion, together with rural-to-urban migration, has resulted in the formation of mega-cities and a concerning rise in slum areas. These developments provide considerable challenges, especially for low-income groups who frequently experience marginalization and lack access to key services and opportunities.
