Research on dynamic simulation and performance analysis of drilling mechanism of integrated machine for distribution net-work construction

Abstract To study the construction efficiency of the drilling mechanism in different sizes and different construction materials, based on the bending moment theory of the drilling mechanism, the kinematics and dynamics of the drilling mechanism of the integrated machine were studied. In this paper, the finite element simulation model of three kinds of drilling mechanisms with spiral blades of different diameters is established, and the maximum stress and maximum torque of different rock masses such as common sandstone, low porosity sandstone, and high porosity sandstone are studied. The results show that the diameter of the helical blade structure of the existing drilling mechanism has a more direct influence on the maximum stress and maximum torque generated by drilling, while the relationship between rock materials and the maximum stress and maximum torque is different. The research results of this paper have important theo-retical and practical significance for exploring the working efficiency of the drilling mechanism of the integrated machine and promoting the intelligence and mechanization of the integrated machine in the construction of the distribution network.
