Inteligencia artificial y comunicación intercultural: Estrategias y herramientas para superar los retos de las organizaciones
Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming intercultural communication in organizations by enabling them to overcome linguistic and cultural barriers in a globalized world. This study analyzes tools such as DeepL, Microsoft Translator, IBM Watson, Brandwatch, and ChatGPT, which have proven their ability to personalize messages, optimize translation processes, and enhance connections with diverse audiences. The research adopts a qualitative methodology based on a bibliographic review and practical case studies of companies such as SAP, Telefónica, and Unilever, identifying tangible impacts on internal cohesion and external communication. The findings reveal that these tools have improved the accuracy of technical translations, facilitated inclusion through real-time automatic subtitles, and adjusted advertising campaigns to fit different cultural contexts. However, limitations such as algorithmic bias, technological dependency, and challenges in working with less commonly spoken languages are identified. In conclusion, AI emerges as a strategic solution to address the challenges of intercultural communication, offering enhanced efficiency and personalization. However, its implementation requires ethical oversight and cultural sensitivity to maximize its positive impact and mitigate risks. By combining advanced technology with human expertise, organizations can foster more inclusive and effective relationships, strengthening their position in a global and diverse business environment.
