A INTER-RELAÇÃO E A DEFESA SOCIAL NA SEGURANÇA PÚBLICA: UMA ANÁLISE SOBRE O USO DE DRONES
This article analyzes the relationship between affection, social defense and public security in the context of using drones as strategic tools. Explore how new technologies, especially drones, transform public security practices, promoting social defense and impacting relationships of trust and affection between institutions and citizens. A survey evaluates the use of drones in public security and its ethical, legal and social challenges. The deployment of drones also raises questions about mass surveillance, the right to privacy and the risk of abuse of power. The importance of integrated and participatory public policies is highlighted, which consider the human and affective dimension in the application of these technologies, seeking a balance between innovation and the preservation of individual rights. The analysis further proposes that solutions to these challenges must involve collaboration between government, civil society and experts, with the aim of strengthening mutual trust and the effectiveness of public security actions.
