Analisis Strategi Pengembangan Berbasis Perubahan Lingkungan Bisnis Dengan Menggunakan Pendekatan Meta-Swot

This research identifies the suitable developmental strategy for Taman Dayu Golf Club & Resort using Meta-SWOT. The internal factors were analyzed through RBV (Resource-Based View), while the external factors were observed using PESTLE (Politic, Economy, Socio-economy, Technology, Law, and Environment). The required data and information were acquired from intensive interviews, field notes, and documentation. This study involves key informants; they are operations manager, supply chain manager, and competitor’s operation manager, as well as member check, i.e., sales staff and customers. The RBV analysis identified resources and capabilities with competitive advantages in the golf industry. The results of the analyses performed at Taman Dayu Golf Club & Resort indicate that intensive strategy with market penetration optimization is the best choice for the company. Here brand awareness, supportive location, and exclusive courses are the internal factors with the best score. Further, golf trend among millennials, social disparity, and technological acceleration are the external factors that can be exploited as opportunities and mitigated as threats. Abstrak Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi strategi pengembangan yang cocok untuk Taman Dayu Golf Club & Resort dengan menggunakan alat analisis Meta-SWOT. Faktor internal dianalisis melalui RBV (Resource Based View) dan faktor eksternal menggunakan analisis PESTLE (Politic, Economy, Socio-Culture, Technology, Law, and Environment). Dalam penelitian ini, data dan informasi diperoleh melalui wawancara intensif, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian ini dikategorikan menjadi informan kunci (Key Informant), diantaranya adalah Operations Manager; Supply Chain Manager; dan Operations Manager perusahaan kompetitor. Kemudian member check, yaitu Staff Sales serta pelanggan. Analisis RBV mengidentifikasi sumber daya dan kapabilitas yang memiliki keunggulan kompetitif di dalam industri golf. Hasil temuan analisis pada Taman Dayu Golf Club & Resort menunjukkan bahwa Strategi Intensif dengan optimasi penetrasi pasar merupakan pilihan terbaik untuk perusahaan. Brand Awareness; Lokasi yang Mendukung; dan Lapangan Eksklusif merupakan komponen faktor internal dengan skor terbaik. Kemudian, Tren Golf Milenial, Kesenjangan Sosial, dan Percepatan Teknologi merupakan faktor eksternal yang dapat dieksploitasi sebagai kesempatan dan dimitigasi sebagai ancaman.
