A nontender swelling involving the face and chest region of a young child
An 18-month-old boy presented with insidious onset of gradually progressive erythematous nodules and plaques over the chin and chest for 9 months. He was born to healthy parents and there were no similar conditions in the family. He gradually developed ulcers and disfigurement over the face. Diagnosis was made with the help of histopathology and culture. Despite extensive involvement, he had a good response to oral therapy.
